摘要
以食堂食物残渣回收油为原料,在温度为38℃,反应时间为2.5 h条件下,以0.5 mol/L氢氧化钠、95%乙醇、固体氯化钠这三者为变量生产出不同的洗衣皂,并根据我国洗衣皂生产的行业标准,对洗衣皂中乙醇不溶物、氯化物、苛性游离碱以及总游离碱含量进行检验,总结出地沟油制作洗衣皂的最优方案。该方案对地沟油的开发应用以及洗衣皂原料的探索极具参考价值,对环境保护和人类健康具有重要意义,同时,又满足教学要求,非常适用于培养学生的科研创新能力和引导学生树立正确的人生观。
Laundry soap was made from dirt)rent proportions of 0.5 mol/L NaOH, 95% ethanol and NaCl at 38℃ within 2 h. And the contents of ethanol insoluble, chloride, caustic flee alkali and total free alkali in the laundry soap were tested based on the GB. According to the results, the optimal project to make laundry soap with the gutter oil was finally validated. The plan was not only beneficial to the exploring of gutter oil and raw material of laundry soap, but also good for the environmental protection and human health.
