摘要 介绍X射线荧光光谱法在胎圈钢丝镀层分析中的工作原理及运算方法的理论依据,建立检测曲线,并与分光光度计测试方法进行比对。分析2条生产线中3种不同规格的胎圈钢丝镀层重量和铜锡含量比例,证明产品质量符合GB/T 14450—2016的要求,检测方法满足YB/T 135—2017镀铜钢丝镀层重量及其组分试验方法的要求,X射线荧光光谱法具有速度快、准确率高、操作方便等特点,适合胎圈钢丝的镀层检测。 The working principle of X - ray- fluorescence spectrometry in the analysis of bead wire coating and the theoretical basis of operation method are introduced. The detection curve is established and compared with the spectrophotometer test method. The coating weight and Cu / Sn content of 3 different specifications in 2 production lines were analyzed. It was proved that the product quality- accords with the requirements of GB/T 14450 2016 bead steel wire. The detection method meets the requirements of YB/T 135 2017. X - ray- fluorescence spectrometry has the characteristics of fast speed, high accuracy and convenient operation. It is suitable for detecting the coating of bead wire.
