摘要
以10 000 t压力机模具座和3 000 t压力机上盖2个设计为例,分析常规理论计算法的局限性,结合有限元分析,优化压力机模具座和压力机上盖结构,达到结构简单、质量轻、强度高、经久耐用、使用安全的要求。揭示出有限元分析在机械零部件设计中的先进性和重要性。
Taking the 10 000 t press mold base and the 3 000 t press cover two design for example, to analyze the limita- tions of the conventional theoretical calculation method, combined with finite element analysis, optimizing the structure of the mold base and the press cover, reach simple structure, light weight, high strength, durability-, safety- requirements. The advance and importance of finite element analysis in the design of mechanical parts are revealed.
