摘要
在现代工程制造领域,复杂曲面的设计和加工是逆向工程研究的重点内容之一。结合某重点项目火控系统所属部件新型数字化操控台手柄的研发过程,通过逆向设计,具体介绍了操控手柄的塑形及数据测量、数据预处理、曲面重建和3D打印整个设计流程,并最终得到了具备良好人机功效的操控手柄实体。
In the field of modern engineering and manufacturing,the design and process of complex surface is one of the key contents of reverse engineering research.Combined with a new digital console handles research process of an important project fire control system,by reverse design,the console handles' s shaping,data measurement,data preprocessing,surface reconstruction and 3D print are specifically introduced.And finally the console handles with good ergonomics are got.
