针对军品车间多品种、小批量的生产模式,设计并打造了一个先进且适用的制造执行系统。系统关注从原材料进入车间到产品离开车间整个生产过程的业务流程,通过车间工位机、扫码枪、MDC模块和液晶显示器等现场信息采集与展示模块和系统的集成,实现了将车间生产在一个更加精确的管控指标——实时信息闭环系统下,进行更加精细化的管理,从而建立起规范的车间生产管理信息平台,完成了企业现场控制层和管理层的信息交互。

For the military production of variety of small batch production modes,the higher requirement on the production management is put forward.According to the characteristics,an advanced and applicable manufacturing execution system is designed and built.The system is mainly about the whole production process of the business from the raw materials entering the workshop to products leaving the workshop.Through the integration of the workshop,machine gun,MDC scan code module,liquid crystal display field information acquisition and display module and system,it is realized that the real-time workshop production in the closed-loop system with more precise control index is under more meticulous management,to establish a standardized workshop production management information platform and complete enterprise information interaction of control layer and management layer.
