Research on the Classroom Self-discipline of the Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校"思政课"是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主要渠道和前沿阵地。提高思想政治理论课的教学质量和水平,关键在教师。高校思政课教师必须遵循"全面贯彻党的教育方针"、"忠诚党的教育事业"的价值理念,并以此作为"立身处世"的基本准则。为此,高校思政课教师务必在思想上政治上与党中央保持高度一致,在思政课课堂教学过程中要讲规矩,严格自律,坚持思政课教学的党性原则,强化政治意识、责任意识、阵地意识和底线意识,坚持中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信。

Ideological and political course is the main channel of the ideological and political educationn for college students. The key to improve the teaching quality and level of the ideological and political theory course lies in the teachers. The ideological and political course teachers must follow the value concept such as ＂fully implement the education policy of the party＂and ＂loyal to the party＇s education＂,and takes it as the basic principles of life. Therefore,the ideological and political course teachers must keep highly consist with the Party in the thought and politics,and talk about the rules and keep strict self-discipline in the teaching process. They must adhere to the principle of the party spirit stick and strengthen political consciousness,responsibility,position consciousness and awareness of the bottom line.
