摘要
高速动车组列车整车部件众多,各部件相互之间安装定位尺寸关系非常复杂。在实际施工过程中,单个部件需要同时满足多个尺寸限定条件,施工难度较大。针对上述问题,从现车施工角度出发,探讨了尺寸链在动车组装配工艺中的应用,并以侧拉门系统装配和卫生间模块安装为例,介绍了应用尺寸链理论分析实际装配工艺问题的步骤方法。通过将安装结构简化,选取合适的封闭环尺寸,构建了不同方向上的尺寸链。通过将动车组装配中的实际工艺问题构建数学模型,并运用尺寸链理论进行分析解算,验证了在现车施工过程中利用尺寸链理论解决问题的可行性和有效性。
High speed EMU trains have many components, and the size relationship of each other is very complicated. In the actual construction process, a single part needs to meet multiple size constraints, which is very difficult to construct. Therefore, this article discusses application of size chain in EMU assembly process, from the point of view of the actual con struction. Then taking the sliding door system assembly and toilet module installation as an example, the method and stepsof use size chain theory to solve the actual assembly process problems are briefly introduced. By simplifying the installation structure, a{ter the appropriate closed loop size is selected, the size chain of di{{erent dimensions is constructed. Then ex-treme method and probability method to solve the problems of size chain are separately introduced. By building the mathemarital moclel of the actual problems in the assembly process of EMU trains, and by analyzing and calculating the theory of size chain, the feasibility and effectiveness of use size chain theory to solve the actual assembly process problems are verificated.
