摘要 人员闸门、设备闸门是核电站钢制安全壳的一部分,是连接安全壳内外的人员通道和设备运输通道,作为安全壳压力边界的组成部分,在反应堆正常运行工况、异常运行工况和事故工况期间,应确保安全壳压力边界该部位的完整性和密封性。结合ASME标准、HAF民用核安全设备建造管理法则和某三代先进压水堆人员闸门、设备闸门建造技术要求,从制造材料、焊接工艺评定及试验、产品焊缝试板焊接及试验、焊工/焊接操作工人员资质等方面,对闸门制造技术条件进行了分析总结,为该类核电站人员闸门、设备闸门的高质量制造提供了参考。 Personnel and equipment gate is a part of steel containment vessel of nuclear power station. It connects inside and outside the containment of personnel and equipment transport channel. As part of the containment pressure boundary, in normal operation, abnormal operation and accident conditions of the reactor, the integrity and sealing of the containment pressure boundary should be ensured. According to the ASME standard, HAF civil nuclear safety equipment construction management principles and a three generation of advanced PWR personnel gate and equipment gate construction technology requirements, from manufacturing materials, welding process evaluation and test, product test, weld plate welding and welder/welding operator qualification and other aspects, the gate manufacturing technology conditions are analyzed and sum marized, providing reference for the high quality of the nuclear power plant personnel and equipment gate.
