摘要
电点火系统是武器系统不可缺少的一部分,是整个系统既保证工作启动又保证安全的一把关键"钥匙",其可靠性关乎使用者的生命财产安全。随着武器系统应用环境的不断变化,对其电点火系统电路连接提出了很高的要求,促使产品在结构设计、工艺设计及生产过程中进一步精益求精。以案例为切入点,分别从产品结构设计、实际工艺设计及生产过程控制等方面分析了某电点火系统短路电阻值超差的原因,提出了针对性改进措施,使某电点火系统彻底解决了短路电阻值超差问题,有效消除了故障带来意外点火的安全隐患。
The electric ignition system is an indispensable part of the weapon system, and it is the key to ensure the cn-ablcmcnt and security of the whole system, which concerned user's life and property. With the continuous change of the ap plication environment of the weapon system, the higher demands to the circuit connection of the electric ignition system were put forward, which prompted farthcr keeping improving in the process of physical design, process design, and productive process. The paper took the case as the starting point, from the aspects of physical design, actual process design and pro ductivc process , analyzed the error reasons of the out of tolerance of a short circuit resistance of electric ignition system, at the same time, the improving measures were put forward. Through the verification, the problem of short circuit resistance value was solved thoroughly, which can effectively eliminate the hidden trouble caused by theaccident.
