Anti-corruption is a crucial component of current of the ministration of the country. Despite the variety of explana-tions of corruption brought up by the academic circle, insufficient attention has been paid to anticorruption. Anti-corruption is a form of fighting through which humans sustain and improve the community life and in which all members of the society and or-ganizations may play a major part. The nature of anti-corruption is to shape society via regulating power operation and the fu-ture from its development lies in the identification of its legal function. The theoretical exploitation into anticorruption provides beneficial inspiration for the fundamental treatment of corruption.
