Research on Coping Strategies Against “Four Styles of Work” in Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

农村基层党组织在基层工作中发挥重要的领导作用。从目前的实际情况来看,农村基层党组织依然存在"四风"问题。从"四风"问题的表现入手,阐述"四风"问题的巨大危害,深度剖析基层党建"四风"问题产生的原因,并提出有效对策,解决"四风"问题。

Rural grassroots party organizations play an important role of leadership in the grassroots work. Considering the current situation, there still exist the problem of ＂four styles of work＂ in rural grassroots party organizations. This paper firstly discusses the performance of ＂four styles of work＂ as well as their substantial harm, then makes an in-depth analysis on the reasons for the problem, and thus puts forward effective coping strategies to solve the problem of ＂four styles of work＂.
