With the upgrading level of global economic integration, the international industry is constantly updated, and the production factors of different countries have been accelerated the flow and reorganization process. In this context, the industrial transformation and upgrading in China faces the dilemma of development because the economic development is restricted by traditional industries. This paper objectively analyzes the opportunity our industry economy faces and the status quo of the development under the background of “One Belt And One Road”, puts forward reference and suggestions for the industrial economic development, thus lays a solid foundation for the industrial upgrading and economic development in our country.
