摘要
在社会文化多元化的背景下,学生辨别力不强给高等院校实践育人带来挑战。"实践育人"实施效率不高影响了高等院校育人质量。从供给侧结构改革入手,强化思想政治教育教学亲和力,着力构建多元主体治理理念,在供给侧视域下提高我国高等院校思想政治教育的效率,进而提高青年学生发展能力。基于此,分析了在供给侧视域下如何创新高等院校思想政治教育实践育人模式,并提出了相应的对策,以期提高高等院校人才培养质量。
Under the background of social and cultural diversity, students' poor discrimination ability brings challenge for higher education via practice. The inefficient implementation of "educating via practice" affects the education quality in colleges. In this regard, there is a need to take reform form supply-side structure, to strengthen the affinity of ideological and political education, to strive to build a multi-main-body governance concept, to enhance the efficiency of college ideological and political education, and to improve young students' development ability. Based on this, this paper analyzes how to innovate the ideological and political education model through practice in the view of supply-side, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of talents training.
