摘要 在传统体育教学中,体育教师作为传授者对学生作为学习主体的优势较差,同时受到课堂教学时间与空间限制,多数体育活动难以开展。为此,提出采取翻转课堂的优化教学模式,突破传统体育教学的时空限制,发挥学生学习与体育运动参与的主观能动性。通过分析翻转课堂对现代体育教学的实践意义,提出翻转课堂视域下体育教学改革实施路径,旨在提高体育教学的实效性与可行性,为学生创造更为适宜的体育运动学习环境。 In the teaching of traditional physical education, physical education teachers don't have strong advantages in helping students to be the subject of study because they only play the role of knowledge imparters in class; meanwhile they have difficulties in carrying out sports activities because being restricted by class hours and the space. Therefore, this paper proposes ways of optimizing the teaching model with the help of flipped classroom, because flipped classroom can break through the time and space limitation by the traditional physical education, and can exert students' subjective initiative in sports learning and participation. The paper also analyzes the practical significance of flipped classroom to modern physical education teaching, and puts forward ways of implementing teaching reform in physical education. The study aims at improving the effectiveness and feasibility of physical education teaching and at creating more supporting learning environment for sports activities.
