湖南省普通高校阳光体育运动实施效果及评价体系构建研究

Study on the Implementation Effect of College Sunshine Sports and the Construction of its Evaluation System in Hunan Province

"阳光体育运动"自颁布以来,多数高校积极响应教育部号召开展阳光体育运动的宣传和系列工作,但在后续开展的实施效果中不尽如人意,并未收获理想的开展成效。运用文献资料法、问卷调查、数据统计和逻辑分析等方法对湖南省普通高校阳光体育运动的实施效果进行调查和分析。同时,为提高高校阳光体育运动的实效性,必须构建科学、合理的阳光体育运动评价体系,严格按照特尔菲法选取了与阳光体育运动密切联系的指标体系,建立了一级、二级和三级综合评价体系,旨在为湖南省普通高校阳光体育运动的评估提供理论依据。

Since ＂sunshine sports＂ was issued by the ministry of education, most colleges and universities have actively responded to the publicity and carry out series of work, however, there are still something to be desired on the part of follow-up implementing effects. This paper, by means of the research method of literature, questionnaire, data statistics and logic analysis, investigates and analyzes the implementing effect of sunshine sports in Hunan province. Meanwhile, in order to improve the effectiveness of sunshine sports, the following measures are suggested to take： to build scientific and reasonable evaluation system for sunshine sports, to choose the index system that is closely connected with sunshine sports strictly in accordance with the Delphi method, and to establish comprehensive evaluation system with three levels. The study aims to provide theoretical basis for evaluating sunshine sports in regular institutions of higher learning in Hunan province;
