在数字化图书馆飞速发展的时下,越来越多的电子资源在互联网上涌现,为广大高校图书馆提供了丰富的文献资源服务。因此,高校图书馆馆藏资源发展与完善就以电子资源的丰富和发展作为重要的组成部分,而电子资源的试用是发展电子资源馆藏,控制电子资源馆藏质量的重要环节。因此,探索规范电子资源试用的管理方法和流程成为做好采购电子资源的紧要任务。

Nowadays, with the rapid development of digital library, more and more electronic resources have sprung up on the Internet, providing rich literature resources service for university libraries. Therefore, the development and improvement of college library collection resources should treat the enrichment and development of electronic resources as the important part; while the trial of electronic resources is an important part of developing library e-resources and controlling the quality of library electronic resources. Therefore, the urgent task of purchasing e-resources is to explore the management method and procedure of standardizing the trial of e-resources.
