辐射交联对乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物微孔发泡性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Radiation Crosslinking on Properties of Microcellular EVA Foaming

摘要 以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为原料,采用电子束辐射交联技术对其进行辐照交联,以氮气(N_2)为发泡剂,采用间歇式的物理发泡工艺对其进行发泡。研究了辐射剂量、发泡温度对EVA微孔发泡性能的影响。结果表明:随着辐射剂量的增加,EVA发泡材料的交联密度增加;拉伸强度和硬度增大,拉断伸长率、发泡倍率、回弹性和压缩永久变形减小;在相同辐射剂量下,随着发泡温度的升高,发泡材料的拉伸强度和硬度减小,拉断伸长率、发泡倍率、回弹性和压缩永久变形增加。通过扫描电镜观察,随着辐射剂量的增加,发泡材料的泡孔尺寸减小,泡孔均匀性变差;且随着发泡温度的增加,发泡材料的泡孔尺寸增大,泡孔均匀性变好。 EVA vulcanization was carried out by using electron beam radiation crosslinking technology,and EVA foam was prepared by pressure-quench method and using N2 as blowing agent.The influences of irradiation dose and foaming temperature on the cell structure and physic-mechanical properties of EVA foam were investigated.The results showed that the crosslinking density,the tensile strength and the hardness of EVA foam increased with the increase of radiation dose,whereas the elongation at break,expansion ratio,the resilience and the compression set decreased.SEM results showed the cell size of EVA foam decreased and the uniform cell structure became worse with the increase of the radiation dose.With the increase of foaming temperature,the elongation at break,the resilience,the expansion ratio and the compression set increased,however,the tensile strength and the hardness decreased.The cell structure was uniform and the cell size increased with the increase of foaming temperature.
