摘要
绝缘层中空间电荷的累积是制约直流高压电缆应用的主要因素。通过对半导电屏蔽料的改性,可以抑制绝缘层中空间电荷的累积。通过盐熔法制备多省并醌类聚合物(PAQR),并将其加入到含有炭黑(CB)的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中,制成半导电屏蔽料。将其和绝缘层低密度聚乙烯复合后采用电声脉冲法和热刺激电流测试探究其对绝缘层空间电荷的抑制效果。结果表明:在通电过程中,多省并醌类聚合物含量为5%时,有助于降低绝缘层空间电荷浓度;而在放电过程中,多省并醌类聚合物含量为5%时,绝缘层空间电荷密度变低,有助于增强CB/LDPE复合材料对空间电荷的抑制效果;由热刺激电流实验可知,多省并醌类聚合物含量为5%时,CB/LDPE复合材料对绝缘层低密度聚乙烯的保护作用最明显。
High voltage DC cables are limited mainly due to accumulation of space charge in insulation layer.Inhibiting the accumulation of space charge in the insulating layer could be realized through the modification of the semi-conductive shielding material.Polyacene quinone radical polymers(PAQR)have been prepared via molten salt methods and semi-conductive shielding material was fabricated by mixing the obtained PAQR products and LDPE containing carbon black.Space charge properties were explored by the pulsed electroacoustic(PEA)method and the thermally stimulated current(TSC)methods after it was combined with LDPE insulation layer.The results show that,it is beneficial to reduce the space charge density of insulation layer in the process of electricity when the PAQR content is 5%;whilein the discharge process,when the PAQR content is 5%,the space charge density of insulation layer is lower and more PAQR content in CB/LDPE composites is in favor of enhancement for inhibition of space charge effect.The TSC experiment shows that when the PAQR content is 5%,the CB/LDPE composites exhibit the most significantly protection of LDPE insulation layer.
