组织追踪与应变率显像技术在12例致心律失常型右室心肌病诊断中的应用

摘要 目的本研究旨在用超声组织追踪技术(TTI)和应变率显像技术(SRI)评价致心律失常型右室心肌病(ARVC)右室心肌运动的位移和应变率,评估TTI和SRI在致心律失常型右室心肌病诊断中的价值。方法采用TTI和SRI检测和分析12例ARVC患者(ARVC组)的右室心肌组织收缩期峰值位移值(PDs)及收缩期最大应变率(Ssr)。结果 ARVC组患者病变节段的PDs及Ssr明显低于对照组的正常节段,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ssr值的变化更准确地反映了右室壁局部收缩功能的异常。结论 TTI和SRI通过评估收缩期右室壁心肌向心尖方向的PDs值和Ssr值可以直观、快速和客观地诊断ARVC。 Objective To evaluate the right ventrieular displacement and strain rate in patients with arrhythmie right ventrieular eardiomyopathy (ARVC) by ultrasound tissue tracking imaging (TTI) and strain rate imaging (SRI), and to evalu- ate the value of TTI and SRI in the diagnosis of ARVC. Methods' TTI and SRI were used to detect and analyze the peak systolic displacement (PDs) and maximum systolic strain rate (Ssr) of right ventrieular myoeardium in 12 patients with ARVC. Results The levels of PDs and Ssr in ARVC group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). The change of Ssr value can much more accurately reflect the abnormal local systolic function of the right ventrieular wall. Conclusion TT1 and SRI could be used to evaluate the PDs and Ssr values of right ventrieular wall in apical direction, and the ARVC can be diagnosed intuitively, quickly and objectively.
