小剂量阿托伐他汀钙在老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者心功能及房颤复发中的作用

Effect of low-dose atorvastatin calcium on cardiac function and atrial fibrillation recurrence in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation

目的探讨小剂量阿托伐他汀钙在老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者心功能及房颤复发中的作用。方法抽取118例老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者随机分为对照组(n=59,常规治疗)与研究组(n=59,常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙)。对两组患者治疗前、后心功能变化以及房颤复发率进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者心功能整体治疗有效率为94.92%,高于对照组患者的83.05%(P<0.05);研究组患者的房颤复发率为1.69%,低于对照组患者的11.86%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心脏射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿托伐他汀钙可有效改善老年慢性心衰合并房颤患者的心功能,并在降低房颤复发率上有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose atorvastatin calcium on cardiac function and atrial fibrillation recurrence in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods＇ A total of 118 patients of senile chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group （n=59, conven- tional treatment） and study group （n=59, conventional treatment＋atorvastatin calcium）. The changes of cardiac function and the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation were statistically analyzed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of cardiac function in the study group was 94.92%, which was higher than 83.05% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the recur- rence rate of atrial fibrillation in the study group was 1.69%, which was lower than 11.86% in the control group （P〈0.05）; af- ter treatment, the cardiac ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose atorvastatin calcium can effectively improve the cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation, and has a positive effect on reducing the recun＇ence rate of atrial fibrillation.
