奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗胃溃疡的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of omeprazole combine with domperidone in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法在我院2014年2月至2017年2月诊治的胃溃疡患者中抽取100例作研究对象,并经随机抽签法分为两组,对照组(n=49)单纯应用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组(n=51)则应用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮方案,对两组患者的胃溃疡整体治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及复发率进行比较分析。结果研究组患者的整体治疗有效率对96.08%,高于对照组患者的81.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应总发生率为7.84%,高于对照组的4.08%,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的复发率是2.04%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗胃溃疡的临床效果确切,且无严重不良反应,不影响患者治疗,并有"根治"优势,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods＇ A total of 100 cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n=49） received omeprazole treatment, the study group （n=51） received omeprazole combined with domperidone, the overall treatment effects of gastric ulcer, the incidences of adverse reaction, the reeun＇enee rates of the two groups were analyzed and com- pared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.08%, which was higher than 81.63% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.84%, which was higher than 4.08% in the control group, but there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; the recurrence rate of the study group was 2.04%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The omeprazole combined with domperi- done in the treatment of gastric ulcer has accurate clinical effect, and has no serious adverse reactions, do not affect the patient＇s treatment, it has a ＂radical＂ advantage, which is worthy of reference.
