抑郁症患者家庭照料者心理压力与家庭负担的关系

Relationship analysis of psychological pressure and family burden of family depression patients caregivers

目的分析抑郁症患者家庭照料者心理压力与家庭负担的关系。方法选取2015年4月至2017年4月在我院接受治疗的抑郁症患者的家庭照料者200例,分析家庭照料者心理压力(CPSS)与家庭负担(FBS)评分、FBS中6项因子和CPSS的相关性及不同性别照料者抑郁、焦虑情况。结果家庭照料者CPSS评分为(28.01±5.33)分;FBS总分为(27.41±5.15)分,其中经济负担为(8.21±2.23)分、日常生活为(3.17±1.01)分、娱乐活动为(4.12±1.14)分、家庭关系为(6.47±1.23)分、躯体健康为(2.10±1.47)分、心理健康为(3.12±0.32)分。CPSS评分与FBS中经济负担、日常生活、娱乐活动、家庭关系、躯体健康、心理健康评分呈正相关(P<0.01,OR>1)。男性与女性HAMD、HAMA评分比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论抑郁症患者家庭照料者心理压力与家庭负担呈正相关,焦虑与抑郁情况与性别无关。

Objective To analyze the relationship between psychological stress and family burden of depression patients family earegivers. Methods＇ Two hundreds family earegivers of depression patients treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study. The psychological stress scores and family burden scores, and the correlation be- tween six factors of FBS and CPSS were analyzed; and the depression and anxiety in gender were investigated. Results The score of CPSS in family earegivers was （28.01±5.33） and the total score of FBS was （27.41±5.15）. The scores of economic burden was （8.21±2.23）, daily life was （3.17±1.01）, recreational activities was （4.12±1.14）, family relationship was （6.47±1.23）, physical health was （2.10±1.47）, mental health was （3.12±0.32）. There was a positive correlation between CPSS score and FBS scores in economic burden, daily life, recreational activities, family relationship, physical health and mental health （P〈0.01, OR〉l）. There were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMA scores between male and female patients （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological stress of family earegivers in depression patients is positively correlated with family burden, and anxiety and depression have no relation with sex.
