香砂六君子汤加减用药在脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎治疗中的效果

Effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach

目的探讨香砂六君子汤加减用药在脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎治疗中的效果。方法选择我院收治的慢性胃炎患者80例,通过随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在此基础上采用香砂六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组中医症状评分及疗效。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃脘痛、嗳气、泛酸及大便稀溏的中医症候评分均显著降低,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎能够明显降低患者胃脘痛、嗳气、泛酸、大便稀溏的中医症候评分,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Xicazgsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach. Methods＇ Eighty cases of patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital were se- lected and divided into study group and control group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, and the study group was given modified Xiangsha Liujunzi deeoe- tion on the basis of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results＇ The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as epigastrie pain, belching, pantothenie acid and loose stools in the two groups significantly decreased, and those of the study group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach can reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as epigastrie pain, belching, pantothenie acid and loose stools, and it has significant effects.
