补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林在气虚血瘀型脑梗死康复期的疗效观察

Efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and aspirin in convalescence of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林在气虚血瘀型脑梗死康复期的疗效。方法选取在我院就诊的气虚血瘀型脑梗死康复期患者210例,按随机数表法分为两组,各105例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组血小板聚集率,NIHSS、Barthel指数评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗后12周、6个月,观察组血小板聚集率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,BI指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死康复期患者效果显著,可有效降低血小板聚集率及神经功能缺损程度,提高生活活动能力。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and aspirin in convalescence of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 210 patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table, with 105 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin, while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group. The platelet aggregation rate, NIHSS and Barthel index scores, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 12 weeks and 6 months, the platelet aggregation rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment for 3 months, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the BI score was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with aspirin in convalescence of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type is effective, which can decrease the platelet aggregation rate and nerve function deficit and increase activity of daily living.
