开塞露套管式灌肠结合腹部穴位贴敷用于肛肠术后便秘的临床效果

Clinical effect of casing glycerol enema combined with abdominal acupoint sticking for constipation after anorectal surgery

目的观察开塞露套管式灌肠结合腹部穴位贴敷治疗肛肠术后便秘的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年2月至2016年12月收治的92例肛肠术后便秘患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组采用开塞露套管式灌肠治疗,研究组采用开塞露套管式灌肠结合腹部穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、排便时间短于对照组,排便时伤口疼痛评分、伤口出血率均明显小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的82.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肛肠术后便秘患者采用开塞露套管式灌肠结合腹部穴位贴敷治疗,不仅能有效改善患者的便秘症状,同时还能降低其排便时的痛苦,因此其治疗效果确切。

Objective To observe the curative effect of casing glycerol enema combined with abdominal acupoint sticking for constipation after anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients with constipation after anorectal surgery admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with casing glycerol enema treatment, and the study group was treated with casing glycerol enema combined with abdominal acupoint sticking. The treatment effects were conpared in the two groups. Results＇ The recovery time of bowel sounds, first anus exhaust time and defecation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the wound pain score and wound bleeding rate during defecation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%, which was significantly higher than 82.61% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The casing glycerol enema combined with abdominal acupoint sticking for constipation after anorectal surgery can not only improve the symptoms of patients with constipation, but also reduce the pain of defecation, which has exact treatment effect.
