航天器双圆柱薄壳结构的承载实验及结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 双圆柱筒薄壳结构作为一种特别的结构形式,在航天器主结构承载方面有特殊应用需求。本文从实验目的、原理、多方案比较、数据分析、实验与仿真计算结果比对及优化设计等方面,对双圆柱筒薄壳结构的承载形式进行了实验研究。实验结果表明双圆柱筒薄壳结构可以有效实现联合承载,通过对有限元仿真结果与实验数据的对比,验证了有限元计算模型合理有效,基于该计算模型开展了双圆柱筒薄壳结构的优化设计,为其工程实际应用奠定了基础。 As the peculiar structure type, the double cylinder thin-shell structure is required specially for the main load structure of spacecraft. The carrying mode of the double cylinder thin-shell structure is researched through experiment, data analysis, simulation results comparing and optimization design, etc. Experiment results show that the double cylinder thin-shell structure is realized the load-carrying jointly. The finite element modal is reasonable comparing the simulation results with experiment results, on which the double cylinder thin-shell structure is optimized.
