标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理中的应用价值

Application value of standardized nursing in the nursing quality management of digestive endoscopy room

目的探讨在消化内镜室护理质量管理中运用标准化护理的应用价值。方法择本院2016年8月至2017年8月消化内镜室实施诊疗的220例患者,随机分为常规组(n=110,常规护理)和标准化组(n=110,标准化护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果麻醉前10 min,常规组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分高于入院时,标准化组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于入院时和常规组(P<0.05);标准化组患者的疼痛评分、诊疗时间明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。标准化组患者的诊疗不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内镜室护理质量管理中运用标准化护理的效果显著,运用价值高。

Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing in the nursing quality management of digestive endoscopy room. Methods A total of 220 patients admitted in the digestive endoscopy room of our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into routine group （n=110, received routine nursing） and standardized group （n=110, received standardized nursing）. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 10 rain before anesthesia, the anxiety and depression scores of the routine group were higher than those at the time of admission, the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the standardized group were lower than those at admission and those in the conventional group （P〈0.05）. The pain scores and diagnosis and treatment time of the standardized group were significantly better than those of the routine group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions in the standardization group were signifieantly lower than those in the routine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardized nursing in the nursing quality management of digestive endoscopy room has significant effect, which is valuable.
