品管圈活动提高冠心病介入治疗患者服药依从性的效果

Effect of quality control circle activities on improving the medication compliance in coronary artery disease patients with interventional therapy

目的探讨品管圈活动应用于冠心病介入治疗患者对其服药依从性的影响。方法以2016年3月12日至2017年1月5日我院冠心病介入治疗的98例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组采取常规干预,观察组采取品管圈活动。观察两组服药依从性、意外事件发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组患者住院期间及出院后的服药依从性分别为95.92%、91.84%,高于对照组的81.63%与73.47%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的意外事件总发生率为4.08%,显著低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的社会关系、物质生活、心理状态及生理功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于冠心病介入治疗患者中效果显著,可改善患者生活质量,患者服药依从性提高,意外事件发生率较低。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the medication compliance in coronary artery disease patients with interventional therapy. Methods A total of 98 coronary heart disease patients with interventional therapy in our hospital from March 12, 2016 to January 5, 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine interventions, and the observation group was treated with quality control circle activity. The medication compliance, the occurrences of accident and the quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results The medication compliance of the observation group during hospitalization and after discharge were 95.92% and 91.84% respectively, which were higher than 81.63% and 73.47% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of accidents in the observation group was 4.08%, which was significantly lower than the 16.33% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the scores of social relationship, material life, psychological state and physiological function of both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle activities in patients with coronary heart disease has significant effect, it can improve the quality of life in patients, with high medication compliance and low incidence of accidents.
