麻醉手术后采取综合护理干预对患者疼痛的改善效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pain of patients after anesthesia surgery

目的探讨综合护理干预对麻醉手术后患者疼痛的改善效果。方法选择本院收治的138例接受麻醉手术的患者为研究对象,以便利抽样法分为常规组和干预组,各69例。常规组采取术后常规镇痛护理,干预组采取综合护理干预。结果干预后1、24、48 h,干预组NRS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);且干预组首次下床时间短于常规组、并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效改善麻醉手术患者术后疼痛症状,减少因疼痛引起的各种并发症,促进患者早日康复,有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain in patients after anesthesia surgery. Methods A total of 138 patients undergoing anesthesia surgery were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group according to convenient sampling method, with 69 cases in each group. The routine analgesic group was treated with routine nursing, the intervention group took comprehensive nursing. Results At 1, 24 and 48 h after intervention, the NRS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group （P〈 0.05）; and the first time of out of bed in the intervention group was shorter than that in the routine group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the routine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the postoperative pain symptoms in patients undergoing anesthesia surgery, reduce the complications caused by pain, and promote the early rehabilitation of patients, which has clinical application value.
