预见性护理在关节置换术患者预防术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的效果

Effect of predictive nursing in patients with joint replacement on prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs

目的探讨预见性护理在关节置换术患者预防术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成中的应用效果。方法将我院58例关节置换术患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各29例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施预见性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果与对照组比较,研究组术后DVT总发生率更低,护理满意度更高(P<0.05);护理后,研究组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、D-二聚体、血小板计数及纤维蛋白原水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效预防关节置换术后DVT的形成,改善患者各生化指标水平,提高护理质量,具有重要应用价值。

Objective To explore application effect of predictive nursing in patients with joint replacement on prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in lower limbs. Methods Filly-eight patients received joint replacement in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the study group was given predictive nursing based on the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, there were lower total incidence of DVT and higher nursing satisfaction rate in the study group （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the levels of prothrombin time, thrombin time, platelet count and fibrinogen in the study group were better than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing in joint replacement can effectively prevent postoperative DVT, improve the level of biochemical indicators and increase nursing quality, which has important application value.
