风险管理在神经外科住院患者口服药品管理中的应用

Application of risk management in oral drug administration of inpatients with neurosurgery

目的研究分析风险管理对于神经外科住院患者口服药品管理的临床意义。方法随机选取2016年2月至2017年12月经我院诊治的200例神经外科住院患者作为研究对象,全部患者在专科给药护理的基础上增加使用风险管理。记录并比较管理前、后患者住院期间用药差错情况、不良风险事件及满意度。结果管理后,患者用药差错率为0.00%,显著低于管理前的3.50%,管理后患者的护理满意度(99.00%)明显高于管理前(92.50%),而不良风险事件总发生率(0.00%)显著低于管理前(3.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施风险管理可降低神经外科患者的用药差错率,同时有助于提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical significance of risk management in oral drug administration of inpatients with neurosurgery. Methods A total of 200 cases of inpatients with neurosurgery admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects, all patients increased risk management on the basis of specialist nursing. Before and after the management, the patients＇ medication use errors, adverse risk events and satisfaction were recorded and compared. Results Afier administration, the error rate of drug use was 0.00%, which was lower than 3.50% of the previous management; the patients＇ satisfaction after management （99.00%） was significantly higher than that before management （92.50%）, and the total incidence of adverse event after management （0.00%） was significantly lower than that before management （3.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of risk management can decrease the errors rate of durg use in neurosurgery patients, and improve the patients＇ satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
