传染病预防与管理工作中存在的问题及解决对策

目前,我国综合医院的传染病预防管理工作中存在诸多问题,如人员对传染病的认知不足、医院硬件设备落后等。针对已存在问题,提出以下预防管理措施:上级卫生行政部门对医院传染病预防管理方面的定期监督考核;学习相关法律法规,加强院内传染病工作人员的培训,增加相关硬件设施的投入、验收;完善医院传染病的预防管理工作,提高对传染病的诊治和控制能力;加强对传染病预防和管理工作的监察,提高医院对传染病的综合控制能力。

At present, there are many problems in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in general hospitals in our country. For example, the personnel has insufficient awareness of infectious diseases, the hardware equipment is uncultured, ect. The following preventive management measures are proposed for addressing the existing issues. The superior health administrative department regularly supervises and assesses the prevention and management of infectious diseases in hospitals; learning relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the training of hospital infectious disease staff, increasing the investment and acceptance of related hardware facilities; the prevention and management of infectious diseases in hospitals is should be completed; the ability to diagnose and control infectious diseases should be improved; and it should strengthen the monitoring of the prevention and management of infectious diseases and formulate relevant solutions to improve the hospitals＇ ability to comprehensively control infectious diseases.
