Rural Vitalization and Urban-Rural Integration——The Thinking of Max's Spatial Justice

乡村振兴将农民主体意识的塑造、农业商品价值的创新与农村生态群落的保护纳入一个战略框架。城乡融合作为乡村振兴的内在要求,其实质是空间正义逻辑下的城乡关系重塑。马克思主义空间正义主题是伴生于资本运动空间价值的生产、分配和消费过程的权力表达,而城乡矛盾的根源则是空间价值的生产、分配和消费权力的空间秩序失衡。城乡融合代表了空间正义的实现方式,它既非一种空想,也不能一蹴而就,而是根植于整个社会生产力和生产关系的实际发展状况,并以城乡产业发展为物质基础、以城乡劳动分工演变为内在动力、以城乡劳动者的全面发展为根本依托、以城乡生产方式和生活方式的和谐统一为实现目标。城乡融合首先要在城乡产业联合发展领域实现突破,并历经分别以劳动过程融合、劳动决策融合、劳动价值融合为核心的城乡分配正义、城乡生产正义和城乡发展正义三个融合阶段。

Rural vitalization is a strategic framework for the shaping of farmers'subject consciousness,the innovation of agricultural commodity value and the protection of rural ecological community.Urban-rural integration as the internal demand of rural revitalization,its essence is the reconstruction of urban and rural relations under the logic of space justice.The theme of Marxist space justice is the power expression of the production,distribution and consumption process associated with the value of capital movement space,and the root of urban-rural conflicts is the imbalance of space order in the production,distribution and consumption of space value.The urban-rural integration represents the realization of space justice.It is neither an ideal nor an overnight success.In fact,it is rooted in the actual situation of social productive forces and production relations,which takes urban-rural industrial development as the material basis,evolution of urban-rural labor division as the internal power,comprehensive development of urban-rural workers as the basis of harmony and unity,and harmonious unification of the mode of urban-rural production and lifestyle as the goal.Realizing the urban-rural integration must first depend on the breakthrough in the field of joint production of industry and agriculture,then it goes through three stages,namely urban-rural distributive justice,production justice and development justice,which take labor process integration,labor decisions integration and labor value integration as the cores,respectively.
