晚期非小细胞肺癌中ALK的表达及检测方法的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中ALK蛋白表达及与临床病理特征的关系,旨在开展易普及的筛查方法。方法采用Ventana全自动免疫组化技术检测421例晚期NSCLC患者中ALK的表达,并采用FISH法验证免疫组化检测的准确性,分析ALK表达与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。结果免疫组化检测421例NSCLC中Ventana ALK表达,阳性率为7.6%(32/421)。免疫组化检测阳性病例经FISH验证,ALK的阳性率为7.36%(31/421)。Ventana ALK的免疫组化检测与FISH检测结果吻合率达96.88%,两者具有较高的一致性(P<0.05)。ALK表达在女性及腺癌中阳性率明显升高(P<O.05);与患者年龄、取材部位、吸烟情况无关(P>0.05)。结论 Ventana ALK全自动免疫组化检测准确性较高,实际操作流程更简便、易判读,可作为可靠的ALK筛查手段。
