扁丝十头收排线机的改进

摘要 分析了原SW-130/8型收排线机存在的牵引传动、收线路径、收线张力的控制、排线方式、收线与排线速度的控制等方面的问题,提出了采用S轮增加收线张力,恒线速收线,步进电机数字控制等方法的设计思路。实施后,解决了上述问题。 This paper analyzes the problems of traction drive, winding path, winding tension control, wire arrangement mode, wire winding and arranging speed existing in the original SW-130/8 type wire winding and arranging machine, and puts forward the design idea of using the S-wheel to increase the drawing tension, taking the constant linear speed to wind the wire, and appling the stepping motor and digital control method. The above problems are solved after the implementation of the idea.
