During the coiling process of the coiler of 1750 hot rolling line of Tiantie hot rolling mill, the failure of drum expansion and shrinkage and the failure of connecting parts such as sector plate are analyzed. By analyzing the characteristics of the reel mechanical equipment and hydraulic system, the causes of the accident are found out, and the improvement measures are put forward, and good results are obtained after the implementation.
