摘要
ER50-6热轧盘条在进行交货检验时发现,盘条中存在混晶、心部马氏体以及白亮带异常显微组织。结合生产工艺分析认为:吐丝温度高是导致盘条产生混晶和心部马氏体的主要原因;末端电磁搅拌强度大引起连铸坯白亮带,偏析遗传导致盘条亦出现白亮带。通过优化控冷工艺和末端电磁搅拌参数,消除了盘条的异常显微组织,合格交货。
The abnormal microstructure of mischcrystal, martensite in the center and white bright band were found in the delivery inspection of ER50-6 hot rolled wire rod. According to the analysis of production process, it is considered that the high laying temperature is the main reason for the mischcrystal and martensite in the center of the wire rod; high intensity of the final electromagnetic stirring caused the white bright band of the continuous casting billet, and the segregation heredity led to the white bright band of the wire rod. By optimizing the cooling process and the parameters of the final electromagnetic stirring, the abnormal microstructure of the wire rod is eliminated and the delivery is qualified.
