摘要
围绕爆破阀剪切盖用690镍基合金大规格棒材的制造过程,重点介绍了该合金的特性及在制造难点方面的研究结果。通过近年来的技术攻关,优化了材料成分,攻克了大型钢锭的偏析控制、均质化热制造、大棒材热处理组织与性能均匀性控制等工艺难关,贯通了生产工艺,已具备产业化制造能力。大棒材产品组织及力学性能全部满足爆破阀剪切盖设计标准要求,可完全替代进口。
This work mainly shows the manufacturing process of the large size 690 nickel-base alloy rods used in the squib valve shear cap. Besides,the research on the properties and manufacturing difficulties of 690 alloy are also discussed. In recent years,the chemical compositions of 690 alloy are optimized through the technological breakthrough. Moreover,the technological difficulties in the control of the segregation behaviors in the large size ingots,the homogenizing hot manufacturing and heat treatment of the large size rods,as well as the homogenization of the microstructure and properties are all solved. Hence,the capacity of the industrialized production of alloy 690 has been achieved by the establishment of the entire manufacturing process. What's more,both the microstructure and mechanical properties of the large size alloy rods coincide the design standards of the squib valve shear cap,indicating that the present products can substitute the imported products completely.
