摘要
预焊是UOE焊管生产线中非常关键的一道工序,是后续埋弧焊的打底工艺,预焊的焊接质量直接影响后续的埋弧焊工艺,同时也直接影响整个焊接线的生产效率。针对预焊机焊接过程中出现的钢管尾部抖动问题进行了研究,通过钢管尾部在辊笼中的受力分析,提出了相应的解决方案,改善了钢管传输的稳定性;同时对链传动机构的传送速度进行了研究,分析链传动系统的承载能力,对焊接过程中钢管传送速度进行了优化,提高了焊接过程的生产效率。
Tack-welding procedure is an important process of UOE production line,it is the backing welding of subsequent submerged arc welding,so the welding quality of the Tack-welding directly affects the subsequent submerged arc welding process,and also directly affects the production efficiency of the whole welding line. Dithering problem of the tail of steel pipe in the welding process is studied,through the force analysis of the tail of the steel pipe in the roll cage,the corresponding solution is put forward,which improves the stability of the steel pipe transmission. At the same time,the transmission speed of the chain transmission mechanism is studied. Through the analysis of the carrying capacity of the chain drive system,the transmission speed of the steel pipe in the process of welding is optimized,and the production efficiency of the welding process is improved.
