EM型中速磨煤机在湛江钢铁的应用 被引量:2

摘要 磨煤机的作用是将一定硬度的原煤块研磨为一定细度的煤粉,喷入高炉以代替部分焦炭。中速磨煤机相对于球磨煤机在投资、占地面积、能耗、环保等方面有明显优势,目前在高炉喷煤领域基本使用中速磨煤机,选择合适的品种型号,对保证高炉的生产、降低成本等方面都有重要意义。介绍了EM型中速磨煤机的基本结构和工作原理以及优缺点,重点描述了EM125型中速磨煤机在宝钢湛江炼铁厂2座5 050 m3高炉喷煤中的应用情况。近2年的运行实践表明,该磨煤机满足高煤比高产量的生产实际要求,设备安全可靠、维护简单、研磨件寿命长。 Coal pulverizer is used to grind the raw lump coal with a certain degree of hardness to pulverize coal with a certain fineness,which is injected into the blast furnace( BF) to replace part of coke. Compared with ball mill,the medium speed pulverizer has obvious advantages in terms of investment,floor space,energy consumption,environmental protection and so on. Currently most pulverized coal injection technology in BF use the medium speed pulverizer. Choosing suitable types is of great significance to guarantee the production of BF,and to reduce cost,etc. The basic structure and working principle of EM type medium speed pulverizer as well as its advantages and disadvantages are introduced. The application of EM125 type medium speed pulverizer in the two5 050 m3 BFs of Baosteel,Zhanjiang is emphatically described. The operation practice in the last two years shows that the pulverizer meets the actual production requirements of high coal ratio and high yield production. The equipment is safe,reliable,and easy to maintain and the grinding parts have long lifetime.
