摘要 轧制润滑在现代热轧生产中发挥着重要的作用,主要体现在保护轧辊表面氧化膜、提高产品表面质量、减少辊耗等方面。轧制润滑之所以能在上述方面发挥作用,核心原因是其能够降低轧制压力。但轧制力降幅要控制在合理范围内,过小不能发挥润滑的效果,过大则影响轧制稳定性。在轧制润滑的实际应用中,发现影响轧制润滑投入后轧制力降幅的影响因素较多,厚度规格、油品、油水比等都对其有一定影响。结合热轧现场的生产实际,论述了相关因素对轧制力降幅的影响,从而为现场生产提供一定的参考,使降幅控制在合理范围内。 Rolling lubrication makes important effort in modern hot rolling production. It can protect the layer of oxidem,improve the quality of strip surface and reduce the roll consume. The reason why rolling lubrication can play a role in these aspects is that it can reduce the rolling pressure. But the rolling force decline should be controlled in a reasonable range,too small to play the effect of lubrication,too large to ensure the rolling stability. In the practical application of rolling lubrication,it is found that there are many factors that influence the reduction of rolling force. The thickness,oil content and oil-water ratio have certain influence on rolling lubrication. Based on the actual production practice of hot rolling,the influence of related factors on the reduction of rolling force is discussed,so as to provide some reference for field control and make the reduction within a reasonable range.
