摘要 分析了RH炉真空槽耐火材料损毁的原因,利用数值模拟的方法研究了采用下部槽喷粉法时喷吹过程对耐火材料表面所受应力变化的影响。钢液流动对耐火材料的冲刷影响了其使用寿命。从延长耐火材料使用寿命出发,指出了RH下部槽喷吹的注意事项及喷吹位置优化的方向,从而可以提高下部槽耐材寿命,降低生产成本。 Reasons of refractory material damage in RH vacuum vessel are analyzed. The effect of injection process in the RH lower vessel on the surface stress of the refractory was studied by using numerical simulation. The erosion of refractory by the molten steel flow affects its service life. Based on improving the service life of refractory material,points for attention in injection process in the RH lower part and optimization of the injection position were proposed. Therefore,the service life of lower vessel refractory material can be improved,and the production cost can be reduced.
