焦化工艺协同处置轧钢含油污泥的基础研究 被引量:8

摘要 轧钢含油污泥是钢铁厂冷轧、热轧、连铸和钢管等工序产生的含铁鳞、润滑油、水等的难处置固体废弃物。结合传统钢铁企业的生产工序,对焦化工艺协同处置轧钢含油污泥进行了基础研究,结果表明,将焦炉炭化室温度控制在1 200℃以下、轧钢含油污泥添加量为0.5%时,可利用焦化工艺协同处置轧钢含油污泥,以减少含油污泥带来的环境危害和风险。 The oily sludge from steel rolling is a refractory solid waste with iron,lubricating and water produced by cold rolling,hot rolling,continuous casting and steel pipe in iron and steel works.Combined with the traditional production process of iron and steel enterprises,the coking process of rolling oil sludge collaborative disposal is researched,results show that the control of coking temperature below 1 200 ℃,oily sludge dosage of 0. 5%,can dispose of oily sludge by coking process,to reduce environmental hazards and risk caused by oily sludge.
