环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验以绿豆种子为试材,研究环磷酸腺苷对其萌发及幼苗生长的影响。试验设置5个环磷酸腺苷浓度处理(20,40,60,80,100 mg·L^(-1)),以清水、15 mg·L^(-1)多效唑和2 mg·L^(-1)油菜素内酯作为3个对照组,测定各处理对绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与清水对照组相比,环磷酸腺苷浸种后,提高了绿豆种子发芽势;除80 mg·L^(-1)浓度外,其他环磷酸腺苷处理均可提高绿豆种子发芽率;随着环磷酸腺苷溶液浓度的增加,绿豆幼苗的叶长、叶宽、鲜质量、干质量、胚轴和根长呈先上升后下降趋势。综合考虑绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长,5个环磷酸腺苷浓度中以60 mg·L^(-1)处理的种苗效果最佳。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of cyclic adenosine monophosphate on seed germination and seedling growth, and mung bean seeds were used as materials. 5 cyclic adenosine phosphate concentrations were set, including 20, 40, 60, 80,100 mg·L^-1, water, 15 mg·L^-1 polybutrazol and 2 mg·L^-1 BR were as 3 control groups, the germination and seedling growth of mung bean seeds were measured. The results showed that compared with the water control, the germination potential of mung bean was increased under all the adenosine cyclic adenosine treatments, while the germination rate were also increased except for the concentration of 80 mg·L^-1. With the increase of the cyclic adenosine phosphate concentration, the leaf length, leaf width, fresh weight, dry weight, hypocotyl and root length of mung bean seedlings increased first and then decreased. Comprehensive consideration of the germination and seedling growth of mung bean, the treatment with 60 mg·L^-1 cyclic adenosine monophosphate was optimal.
