摘要
文章提出基于边缘计算采集工业生产数据的方法:通过采用蜂窝网络对生产装备进行网络化改造;通过边缘网关对采集到的生产数据进行解析、封装和本地处理;通过边缘云对数据进行分流,即将时延敏感数据和原始数据保存在边缘云上,将非时间敏感数据(如历史数据等)存储在中心云上。
Based on edge computing,this paper proposes a method for factory production data acquisition. It maks the network based transformation of factory equipment using cellular network. Using edge gateway it realizes data analysis,data packaging and data processing locally.Through the edge Cloud computing it realizes data shunting that means,delay sensitive data and the original data is stored in the edge Cloud and non-delay sensitive data( e. g.,historical data) is stored in the center Cloud.
