摘要 断路器类产品的装配多是将事先组装好的部件进行拼装,其特点是部件固定、过程单一,存在系列产品多,装配工艺编排重复率高,效率低,以及行业内对以往的装配工艺存档不合理,没有重视知识的积累等问题。基于此,提出了以基于仿真复用的三维仿真为核心的典型装配工艺的参数化设计方法,主要解决了3个问题:1)采用所见即所得的三维可视化存档方式,保证了行业知识的积累;2)采用典型装配工艺方法,对以往装配工艺做到了有效复用;3)对于典型装配工艺复用时的仿真动作的修改问题,采用常用仿真活动的复用方法,很大程度上做到了直接复用代替重新定义仿真活动,提高了典型装配工艺复用效率。利用该方法进行断路器新产品装配工艺规划,效率得到了明显提高。 The assembly of circuit breaker products is mostly finished by some components which have been assembled. The characteristic is that the components are fixed and the assembly process is single. However, there are many types of circuit breakers, the repetitive rate of assembly processes arrangement is high, and the efficiency is low. The previous as sembly processes are not saved in the suitable form, and the knowledge and experience aren't be valued. So, a parameter ized design method of typical assembly process by 3D simulation based on simulation reuse is proposed. The method mainly solves three problems. Firstly, the use of the three dimensional and visual method to save knowledge of the industry which ensure the accumulation of knowledge. Secondly, using the typical assembly process method can reuse the previous assembly process effectively, which reduces the duplication of assembly process arrangement and improves the efficiency. Thirdly, when typical assembly processes are reused, a common reuse method of simulation activities is adopted to improve the modi fication of simulation actions, making direct reuse of modifications instead of redefining, mostly. The reuse efficiency of the typical assembly process is greatly improved. This method is used to make the assembly process planning of the new product of the circuit breaker, and the efficiency is obviously improved.
