摘要
铝合金由于密度小,且具有足够的强度、硬度及刚度,尤其具有良好的外观表达,得到了广泛的应用;但是其产品通常公差精度要求高,加工难度大。通过对材料为5052铝合金冲压毛坯的椭圆形铝合金振盘边直接高光加工进行探讨分析,采用适当的刀轨偏置补偿,成功地将产品高光直纹曲面的曲面铣加工或3D轮廓铣加工转换成了2D轮廓铣加工;并且,关键工艺及夹具设计的成功解决了批量生产中的难点。在保证产品质量的前提下,极大地提高了加工效率,取得了良好的经济效益,为该类产品的类似加工提供了一种优质高效的加工方案。
Because of small density, enough strength, enough hardness, enough rigidity, and especially good appearance expression, lbe aluminum alloy is widely used. Bul the lolerance accuracy requiremenl of the producls is usually bigh, wilh the processing difficulty. Through the material of 5032 aluminum alloy stamping blank oval, the vibration of aluminium al loy plate edge highlights processing directly is discussed and analyzed. Through proper tool path offset compensation, spec ular surface milling of ruled surface or ;3D contour milling for product is successfully transformed into a 2D contour milling, on the premise of guaranting the quality of products, greatly improving the machining efficiency, achieving good economic benefits, providing a high quality and cfficicnt processing solution for this kind of similar products. The key tcchnology and fixture design successfully solve the difficulty in mass production.
