介绍了2017年我国硫酸生产运行情况。2017年我国硫酸产量[以w(H2SO4)100%计]为96 130 kt,同比增长0.5%。硫磺制酸产量43 610 kt,占总产量比例45.4%,同比增长1.7%;冶炼烟气制酸产量33 640 kt,占比35.0%,同比增长1.5%;硫铁矿制酸产量17 920 kt,占比18.6%,同比下降4.4%;其他原料制酸产量960 kt,占比1.0%。2017年我国累计进口硫酸1 213 kt,同比下降15.4%;累计出口硫酸693 kt,同比增长990.2%;2017年我国硫酸表观消费量96 650 kt,同比下降0.36%。2017年我国硫磺产量约5 940 kt,同比增长8.0%;进口硫磺11 236 kt,同比下降6.1%。2017年我国硫铁矿产量[以w(S)35%标矿计]14 588 kt,同比增长3.3%。预计2018年新建硫酸产能11.2 Mt/a,其中8 Mt/a为有色金属冶炼烟气制酸。预计到2018年底,我国的硫酸总产能将达到140 Mt/a,硫酸的产能利用率将下降至70%以下。
