杜邦公司开发了两种创新且低成本的Conv Ex^(SM)HF改造和产能提升方案,一种是采用STRATCO~的Contactor^(TM)反应器的技术方案,一种是杜邦公司正在申请专利的新型反应器的技术方案。杜邦公司Conv Ex^(SM)HF改造和产能扩大方案利用了氢氟酸和硫酸烷基化装置的一个关键差别:氢氟酸烷基化装置中已有的相对较大的分馏设备。通过优化异丁烷/烯烃比值将现有设备的产能最大化,杜邦公司可以在保证不降低现有产品质量的前提下使产能提高超过80%。
DuPout has developed innovative low-cost ConvEx-SM HF conversion and expansion solutions for both major HF alkyla- tion technology.The first conversion option using STRATCO(R) Contactor-TM reactors,the second conversion option using DuPout's patent- pending novel reator.The DuPout ConvEx-SM HF conversion and expansion solutions leverage one key distinction belween HF and sulphu- fie acid alkylation unit:the relatively large fractionation facillities already present in HF alkylation unit.By optimisong the isobutane-to- olefin ratio and maximising existing equipment capacity, DuPout increased the capacity by over 80% while achieving a product quality at or greater than the original unit.
