氢氧化钠碱洗法在硫酸尾气处理中的应用

介绍了荆门石化65 kt/a硫化氢干法制酸装置采用的氢氧化钠碱洗法脱硫工艺流程及运行情况。生产中控制循环碱液p H值6~7、w(Na OH)30%氢氧化钠溶液补充量1 t/h、废水排放密度950kg/m^3。经过5个多月运行,脱硫系统运行良好,外排尾气ρ(SO_2)持续控制在200 mg/m^3以下、酸雾质量浓度控制在20 mg/m^3以下。

The sodium hydroxide alkali washing desulphurization process and operation situation of Jingmen Petrochemical 65 kt/a dry sulphuric acid plant with hydrogen sulfide are introduced.The pH value of circulating alkali solution 6-7,w（NaOH） 30% sodium hydroxide solution supplementation is 1 t/h and the discharge density of waste water is 950 kg/m3 .After more than 5 months of opera- tion, the desulphurization system is running well, efllux exhaust ρ （SO_2） continued under the control of 200 mg/m3 and acid mist con- centration control below 20 mg/m3.
